Tri Up North Triathlon and Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital respect your privacy and will not sell or provide your personal information to outside mailing lists or marketing companies. Any information you give us will only be used to process your order, provide customer service and to advise you of any events we have or of information relating to events that we own, manage or affiliate with. When you register for an event with us, we require your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card information so that we may process payment and register you for our event(s).

We also require certain emergency contact information. Your e-mail address and your phone number (and that of any emergency contact) allow us to contact you (or family, etc.) about the status of your registration and/or to reply information about the event(s) or in the event of any emergency.

We use industry standard, 256-bit security to process secure credit card transactions and to protect your personal data. We do not maintain your credit card information on our servers.
